HPCK is a space to Support Food Entrepreneurs in every state of their businesses, doubling as a Gathering Spot to evoke culinary curiosity and foster STRENGTH in the Community
Providing accessible and a state of the art commercial kitchen where food entrepreneurs can start, grow, and scale their businesses.
With a population of 8,906 residents, Highland Park, Michigan has been designated a food desert. We will work with entrepreneurs interested in using mobility and emerging technology solutions to solve for food deserts and food insecurity.
Our indoor space serves as a place for our food entrepreneurs to sell and serve their culinary creations with a goal of providing "real time" economic development opportunities and community dining alternatives. This space also doubles as event space for the community.
Our outdoor gathering spot features dining space, food trucks, and event space for the community.
Our classroom space will offer food entrepreneurs with technical assistance, startup services, workshops and more. This space will also double as an event space for cooking demonstrations.
Our Kitchen is beautifully located in front of the Joe Louis Greenway. The Greenway will connect 23 Metro Detroit Neighborhoods. This outdoor trail will afford our food entrepreneurs with thousands of organic customers!
